Getting help

The fastest route is the in-app contact page: profile menu (top right) → 1-2-1 coaching → contact. It composes an email from your own mail app with a reference number — no account or personal details needed.

Delete your data

Lost your passkey?

If you saved recovery codes, enter one under “Lost your passkey?” on the expert page to recover your coaching account on a new device, then add a fresh passkey. Without a recovery code we cannot restore access — the account holds nothing that could identify you to us, by design.

Notifications

The only notification Mirror sends is the optional daily check-in reminder, scheduled on your device. Turn it off from the check-in card on Home, or in system settings.
