Mirror is a reflective self-insight tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Its profiles describe your style from your own answers; they do not test for, screen for, or detect ADHD, dyslexia, or any other condition, and no output is a medical result or a condition-risk score. A diagnosis of any kind can only ever be made by a qualified medical practitioner or subject-matter expert. Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a doctor, psychologist, or other professional.
During early access, questionnaire items, scores, and guidance are original content that has not yet completed independent expert validation. Do not rely on them to make significant decisions about your health, career, relationships, or life.
Using Mirror does not create a clinician–patient, therapist–client, or other professional relationship. Expert 1-2-1 sessions, where offered, are coaching provided by independent professionals — not clinical care.
Digital unlocks and subscriptions are billed through the App Store / Google Play under their terms. Coaching credits, where offered, are redeemable for coaching sessions and are forfeited if you delete your coaching account. The coaching account is pseudonymous; keep your recovery codes safe — they are the only way to recover it if you lose your passkey, and we cannot restore access without them.
Don’t attempt to break, probe, or overload the service; don’t use Mirror’s outputs to make decisions about other people (hiring, assessment, or otherwise) — it describes the person who answered, reflectively, and nothing more.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror is provided “as is”, and Emergent Services Ltd is not liable for decisions made on the basis of reflective content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
